ZAR9 - Maintain Table of Dunning Area Responsible Persons

To maintain the table of dunning area responsible persons (to appear on Dunning letters), follow the steps below:

1. Get started

User menu path:
Role ZSBM=> => Accounts Receivable => Periodic Processing => Dunning Tables => ZAR9 - Dunning Area Persons (ZARDUNN)
SAP fast path: /nZAR9

2. Maintain table views: initial screen

Select table:

Table/view (ZARDUNN):
Click on

3. Change view "person responsible for a dunning area (A/R)": overview

To do this...

do this...

Change table entry:

Type over existing data

Add table entry:

Click on to get a new table line (see below).
Fill in these fields:
Company Code (CUR)
Area (dunning area)
User ID (SAP userid of A/R's responsible person)

Click on to SAVE.
The entire table redisplays, including any new records.

Note: To associate dunning area userid with a person's name and phone, follow the steps described in ZAR10 - Maintain Table of Dunning Letter Names and Phone Numbers.
