MM02 - Change Material

Use these steps to add a unit of measure for a material (for example, one listed in ZPSR002C error report).

1. Get started (SAP menu path, fast path)
2. Change material: initial screen
3. Change Material: Sales: Sales organization data
4. Change Material: Units of measure

1. Get started

• SAP menu path

  Role ZSBM=>Cost Reimbursable=>MM02 - Change Material

• SAP Fast Path

  At the Command Line, enter: /nMM02

2. Change Material: initial screen

1. In Material field (shown below), enter 4-character material number, as it appears in error message from ZPSR002C error report.

   

   For example, if the error message is "Add YR to Material F610 via MM02 for item 0010", the material number is F610.

2. Click on or press Enter.
   Result: The Select Views window opens, as shown below.

   

3. In the Select Views window,
   • click on Sales: sales organization data,
   • click on to continue.

   Result: The Organizational Levels dialogue box displays.

   

4. In the Organizational Levels dialogue box,
   • Leave Plant blank,
   • for Sales Organization, enter 1000,
   • for Distribution channel, enter 10
   • click on to continue.

   Result: The Change Material: Sales: Sales organization data screen displays.

3. Change Material: Sales: Sales organization data

• Click on the Units of Measure button

  Result: The Change Material: Units of measure screen displays, as shown below.

  

4. Change Material: Units of measure

1. scroll to the end of the table to find a blank row,
2. in X column, enter "1",
3. in AUn column, enter abbreviation for unit of measure needed, for example "YR" for year,
4. in Y column, enter "1",
5. click on to SAVE.
   A message displays "Material xxxx changed".
