  Role ZSBM=>Cost Reimbursable =>Monthly Processing=> Billing=> ZBILL02 - Public Vouchers (Forms 1034 & 1035)

• SAP Fast Path

  At the Command Line, enter: /nZBILL02

2. Sponsored Billing: Public Vouchers (Forms 1034 & 1035)

• Enter selection data, as needed:

  Billing documents (from ZVF04; range is 90000000 to 99999999)

  Billing type (enter billing type 01 or 05)

  Billing period (enter billing period from/to dates)

  Billing creation date (enter date of original invoice)

  Printer ID (INV; this setting is required to print invoices)

  The selected invoices are printed in W91 (5 or 6 copies each).
