Tables Menu

With this menu you can create and maintain "consolidation" tables and browse Institute tables.

You use account-based consolidation tables (account groups) to run CAO Application reports on a subset of your authorized accounts. Note: There are five types of account groups you can create, based on account number, sponsor code, department number, P.I. name, and responsibility code.

You use an object code consolidation table (only one is allowed) to create non-standard object code groupings in CAO Application reports. For example, you could combine all telephone costs into a single object code (report line).
