From this web page, you can download the latest version
of ESandi (v4.60) and the ESClient needed to run it from your workstation.
In v4.60, ESandi is more compatible with SAP. The Account
field is expanded to 7 characters; and the Object Code field to 6 characters;
the Object Code field now holds G/L accounts.

- Before downloading, you need to quit ESandi.
- To download,
- Click here for ESandi.LBR,

You need a certificate to download this
file. For more information about certificates, see: http://web.mit.edu/is/cert/
- (Mac users) If prompted about what to do with
the 'octet stream', click on "save file".
- At the "Save as..." dialogue box,
- (Windows users) Check the filename of the
file to download. The file type needs to be LBR rather than
EXE. You can change it to LBR, if needed.
- You should download the file into your
SUMMIT folder.
Note: Alternatively, you can move it to your SUMMIT folder
after downloading.
- When ready, click on Save.
- When prompted to replace an older version
of the file, click Yes.
- To run ESandi, see the table below. - You may need
to RESTART your computer before ESandi will run.

You should still be able to use your old
shortcut to run ESandi.
If there is a problem,
- Start Windows Explorer,
- Open your Summit folder,
- Find ESANDI.LBR and double click on it,
- Enter your userid and password and logon.
- When done with ESandi, you can make a
shortcut to ESANDI.LBR.

The FIRST time you run the new ESandi.LBR
(displays a text icon), use ONE of the following methods:
- Run ESandi from Payroll button on the
$SumMIT main menu,
- Run ESandi from the Omnis 7 application,
as described below.
- Find and open your SumMIT folder,
- Double click on the file named "Omnis
7" in your SUMMIT folder,
- select Open Library... from
the Omnis 7 File menu,
- use the dialogue box to open "ESandi.LBR"
in your SumMIT folder,
- Enter your userid and password and
logon.
After the first time, you can make an alias
of the ESandi.LBR file (now with Omnis 7 icon) and run it as usual.
