$SumMIT-with-Oracle passwords are NOT case sensitive.
Other rules are as follows:
- Length can be from 1 - 20 characters long.
- All letters are allowed.
- Numbers are allowed, but NOT in the first position.
- Underscore (_), dollar sign ($) and pound sign
(#) are allowed, but NOT in the first position.
- All other special characters are NOT allowed.
