Why are you interested in this position? 2. Why should we hire you? 3. Describe a weakness you have and how you are working to overcome it.   The Observer: Please give the student feedback on the following after the interview: what the student did right/well the students' nonverbal communication whether the student idenifies skills and supports claims iwth concrete examples whether the student speaks positively about him/herself and others whether the student shows interest and knowledge in the position and company
