The Ins and Outs of Monstertrak

What is Monstertrak?

The Office of Career Services and Preprofessional Advising has a partnership with Monstertrak to manage the on campus recruiting program. Over five hundred companies use the Monstertrak system to locate MIT candidates for their companies.

The Jobs and Internships section of Monstertrak allows you to look at jobs and positions posted by companies. This part of Monstertrak is similar to other job listing web sites such as monster.com.

The Interviewtrak section of Monstertrak manages companies who come to MIT's campus to recruit. The recruiting season begins in late September and ends the first week in April. To be sure you understand how the system works we recommend that you become familiar with the Monstertrak system prior to recruiting season.

Interviewtrak allows you to search job listings by Interview Date, Resume Submission Deadline and Company Names.
