  • Sections include: dissertation abstract (may be attached), research, teaching, awards, academic honors, publications, presentations, fields of interest, teaching competencies, languages, works in progress, professional or scholarly associations, interests, study or travel abroad
  • List and prioritize relevant categories for each academic institution and/or position
  • Omit work experience not directly relevant to academic pursuits
  • Appropriate to describe teaching and/or research experience in detail
  • List references with contact information at the end of your CV
