1. Flat rate is applicable for quad occupancy.
2. Check-in time begins at 3:00pm / Check-out is 12:00 PM 
3. Complimentary continental breakfast is included in the flat rate.
4. Please note that the above rate is net, non-commissionable and does not include applicable taxes:

9.7% accommodation per room, per night

RESERVATIONS & BILLING ARRANGEMENTS

Reservations must be made directly with the MIT Caribbean Club. Please send an email to carib06-hotels@mit.edu stating how many rooms you will need. Upon receiving the email, someone will be in touch with you to acquire a rooming list and to forward a payment receipt for the rooms. Full payment is due on arrival.

Individuals will be responsible for their own incidental and room charges and taxes, unless otherwise specified.

CONCERNING TRANSPORTATION FROM OUTSIDE of BOSTON to MIT:

Please contact caribbean-exec@mit.edu should you have any difficulties booking a charter bus for transportation. We have contacted Bloom Bus Lines (for groups in MA) and USA Bus Charter (for all others) about our event, and they are both ready to accommodate any schools that are unable to book charter buses.
