Te Anau and Fiordland National Park
The last stop on our trip was Te Anau, southwest of Queenstown and the gateway to Fiordland National Park. We spent an active day kayaking on Milford sound, one of the country's national treasures. We also saw some gorgeous waterfalls and wild penguins! The drive to and from Te Anau was filled with beautiful mountains and sparkling crystal lakes. It was a wonderful way to finish a wonderful trip.
