Integrated Photonic Devices and Materials Group

Easen Ho was a member of Prof. Kolodziejski's research group from 1990 to 1996 earning a Ph.D. in 1996 from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. He conducted research in the growth and doping of ZnSe with nitrogen and chlorine using Molecular Beam Epitaxy and its derivatives: Metal-Organic MBE, Gas Source MBE and photo-assisted MOMBE on both GaAs wafers and III-V epilayers on GaAs wafers resulting in a Ph.D. thesis titled "Growth and Doping of Zinc Selenide Using Alternative Gaseous Source Epitaxial Techniques." He is currently employed at Digital Papyrus Corp which he founded.
