Welcome. We're moving at the end of August, so we're selling off some of our furniture. This stuff is in stellar condition (unless otherwise noted). Therefore, we're offering some really great deals. If you're interested in any of it, contact us at ira.phillips@gmail.com.
We bought this bed in October of 2005, so it is still in excellent condition. It is a great way to open up space in a small apartment. Its current price at IKEA is $349 (IKEA FJELLDAL full-size loft bed). We have the instructions and all the included parts. It is 6.75' tall to the top rail. Under the bed, it is 5'4 1/8" (So a 5'4" girl can stand up fully, but my 6'1" husband isn't uncomfortable under it sitting at his desk chair.).
We bought this air conditioner in September 2004, so it has only been used 2 summers. It does an excellent job of cooling our 450 sqft apartment. Also, it has some pretty cool features that help with its energy efficiency:
We bought these in summer 2004. Currently, they have energy efficient, compact fluorescent bulbs in them that can last as much as 10 years- you can keep those too. They are brushed aluminum with a white, frosted shade which points up. They do a good job of aluminating a whole room since their shades face up. The switch is the turning kind, and it is on the side of the post. They are 6' tall.
We've had this office chair for about 5 years. It is quite comfortable and allows vertical and reclining adjustments. It has a modern look to it. It is in fair condition (thus, the vastly discounted price). One arm is loose because it is missing a screw and the recliner sometimes gets stuck. Both of these things are easily fixed (add another screw to the arm, sit up and the recliner rights itself). Even with these slight problems, it is still quite functional, very comfortable, and has many years of use still left in it.
This
Cool clipping dask lamp. Doesn't take up deskspace. Great for small places.
