* Oversees all aspects of CCCS and coordinates the staff members' responsibilities
* Coordinates with the conductor, the accompaniests and section leaders on issues such as the performances, rehearsal schedules, attendance, concert hall reservations, etc.
* Together with the Vice-president and the Conductor, to be the contact and represent active for the chorus
* Does annual planning.
* Calls for the staff meetings and the general meetings
* Act as liaison on interactions with other affiliated groups

* Updates membership directory
* Sets up and maintains the membership mailing list
* Assists the President in overall management and planning, as well as being one of the predominant representitive of the chorus

Public Relation Officers

Iris Chang;

*Sets up public relation database (collect contact information of the Overseas Chinese Offices, journalists for local Chinese and English newspapers, Chinese students associations of area universities and other local Chinese organizations.)
* Be the major contact and media spokesperson

* Act as the embassadors for the chorus, explore potential resources of commercial advertisement funding and financial sponsors.
