The Microscopy and Imaging Core located in the Center for Cancer Research at MIT has been established to provide expert training and advice in several areas of microscopy and imaging: fluorescence microscopy and deconvolution, spectral karyotyping (SKY), fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH), laser capture micro-dissection, bioluminescence, standard transmission electron microscopy and immunoelectron microscopy.
