Query commands
Basic searching
The easiest query involves simply specifying one or more keywords.
For example the query with the keywords
astronomy
will find the meta-library entries with the string "astronomy" in its
author, title, topic, or description fields. By specifying two
keywords, one can search for the entries containing both. For example,
the query
bio databases
will find all biology databases in the meta-library.
Note that all searchs are case insensitive.
Field names
One can reduce the search to consist of a certain field by using the
author, title, and topic keywords. To look for entries authored by the United
States Central Intellegence Agency (CIA), one can do the query
author cia
To look for the entry "Zen and the Art of Internet", one can to the seach
title zen internet
Connectors
The meta-library understands the connections "and" "or" "not". These
connectors can be combined with field names. To look for William
Shakespeare's "Complete Works" for example, one can to a search on
author shakespeare and title complete
