This form controls which directions map to which consonant features.

For example, if voice is set to (1, 0), then MEAD will be east of MEET.

And if front is set to (0, -1), then PORK will be north of TORQUE.

(x goes left to right and y goes top to bottom.)

The y-axis wraps around because I dunno what to do about MAN being at the top.
