Members of the MIT community, visitors, and/or locals are all welcomed to our classes.
No experience required. Just bring a pair of white socks.
Come and enjoy a moment of tranquility with us.
The classes are taught for individuals on first come first served basis.

Classes are held in the early evening on Thursdays, and during the daytime on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
