The Chemical Engineering Department offers opportunities to interview with several chemical companies. October through mid-November is the main recruiting season in Chemical Engineering, and the schedule of companies coming to interview specifically in the Chemical Engineering Department is listed here.

In order to participate in the corporate recruiting, students must register with the main MIT CareerBridge System. Go to: https://www.myinterfase.com/mit/student/ and follow the instructions to register with CareerBridge.

Students can direct questions about the ChemE job postings to Suzanne Easterly (easterly@mit.edu), or they can look at the Career Services website for information on the companies that are coming to interview in Career Services for all MIT students.

Start your career planning well before graduation. Register with MIT Career Services - they offer much more than a cubicle for job interviews. Discuss your interests and questions with them, and use their career planning and job search tools. Also talk with your academic advisor or other faculty members to get their perspective.
