Career Resources and Life After MIT:
The student office offers a variety of services to help you with your job
search. The chemical engineering department holds a recruitment season beginning
in late September and running through mid November, in conjunction with the
MIT Career Services recruitment season. Companies come from all over the
country to interview both through career services, and chemical engineering.
In order to learn which companies are participating, students and post docs
need to register with monstertrak and interviewtrak. Go to the
MIT Career Services Center website to access the monstertrak system
and register, and to see what career services has to offer.
Please stop by the student office if you are interested in:

resolved. The Ombudspersons can also help to effect positive change, when they
have appropriate permission, by providing upward feedback on patterns of problems
and complaints to appropriate senior officers.
Lab Safety
Faculty, staff and students must be familiar with the hazards associated with the chemicals used in their research. The Chemical Engineering Department Lab Safety page contains information that you should be familiar with.
