RESEARCH GRANT

- Children's Hospital, Boston, MA has two openings for research technicians in cardiac molecular biology to work on projects related to the molecular regulation of heart development.
- Thermedics Detection, Inc., Chelmsford, MA is seeing recent chemistry and chemical engineering graduates (BS or MS) for scientific positions working with trace analysis detection products.

Fellowship
- Loyola University, Chicago, IL is offering several graduate fellowships for the 95-96 academic year through the GAANN (Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Needs) program of the US Department of Education. Fellowships include stipend, tuition, books, research supplies and travel to professional meetings.

Postdoctoral Positions
- University of California, Davis, CA seeks a postdoctoral scientist with interest in colloids, macromolecular assemblies and associated light scattering phenomena to work in a newly formed research center based on collaborative research at Stanford University, IBM Almaden Research Center, and UC Davis with Prof. Nicholas Abbott and Dr. Paul Comita. The project involves molecular assemblies for potential use as transducers for paper-like optical displays.
