The 2nd Annual MIT/Siemens Symposium on Crystallographic Chemical Analysis will be held on Tuesday, January 7th, 1997!!

Please plan to join us for the second MIT/Siemens Symposium on Crystallographic Chemical Analysis on Tuesday. The program will be held in Building #66 Room 110, and the poster session and reception in the Norris Room (18-490) and features the Chemistry Department's own Professor Richard Schrock as well as experts from Siemens. There will be ample time for questions and answers.

Chemical Hygiene Lecture

Wednesday, January 8, 1997 in Room 4-163, 1:00 P.M.

The annual Chemical Hygiene Lecture will be presented on Wednesday, January 8. Attendance is mandatory for all first-year graduate students (with the exception of those students whose research will not involve any laboratory work). Reminder: no one is permitted to conduct laboratory work until they have attended the lecture and submitted a complete Chemical Hygiene Clearance Form (signed by you and your advisor) to Marc B. Jones in Chemistry Headquarters.
