Meetings

1. Meetings will be held, at minimum, every April. In the event of the resignation of an officer, a meeting will be held within a month to elect a new officer.

2. Meetings will be presided over by the President, unless the President is absent, in which case the Treasurer will preside.

3. All decisions shall be made by a majority vote of members present.

4. Quorum for a meeting shall be one-third of the membership or a minimum of five members. Members can decline to vote by notifying the Secretary, and not count for quorum.
