Brownies are a hotly-debated item in the chocolate world. Cake-like or fudge-like? Nuts or no nuts? To settle this question, the Laboratory for Chocolate Science invites all willing participants to bring their best brownies, with 10-12 servings, to the Battle of the Brownies. We will have an expert group of tasters to determine the best brownie---and a prize for the winner. In addition, participants will be able to taste some of the entries once the competition is complete.
No family recipe? Box mixes are okay! Please bring a list of ingredients to protect the food-sensitive, and a recipe. The winning recipe and other good recipies may be posted to the MIT Laboratory for Chocolate Science website to share with the MIT community.
