Tiger Beetle

(Cicindela sp.)
folded from an uncut square

From an origami standpoint, these beetles aren't very distinct- they're roughly ant-like, but in nature, they're very attractive, they're shiny. I have a lot of foil that begs to be used. This one is an attempt at the "six-spotted tiger beetle".

Folded from a square of Japanese foil.
