CIS employment opportunities for MIT graduate students CIS periodically appoints students as Research Assistants or offers other short-term employment opportunities to MIT graduate students. Two programs provide such opportunities: Seminar XXI and the public events program, which organizes symposia and seminars and publishes the CIS newsletter, précis.
