Professor John B.
Miller started Infrastructure Systems Development Research in 1995 at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A number of graduate and undergraduate
students have participated in this research effort since its inception. Currently,
Dr. Miller's research assistants include:

- Tom Messervy, Graduate Research Assistant
