Early in the morning on Sept. 11, 2006, a FULL sized firetruck mockup appeared on the dome. The cab portion was from an actual truck! I can't imagine how on earth they got it up there. It was complete with fire fighter dummies, dalmation dogs, and doughnuts. On the side of the doors was an emblem written in latin: "MIT, we remember".
