Groundbreaking ceremonies for the Picower Center for Learning and Memory's new building were held April 25 at noon at the corner of Vassar and Main Streets.

This state-of-the-art facility, which will house not only the Picower Center, but the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences and the McGovern Institute for
Brain Research, is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2005.
