Mr. John Donnelly

Biography
Mr. John S. Donnelly is the Chairman of the Board and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking of Bank of America Mexico since March 2003. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Donnelly was a member of the Board and Consultant of JPMorgan Chase Mexico and board member of various companies. Mr. Donnelly was Managing Director and Senior Country Officer of Chase Manhattan Bank, responsible for business in Mexico from 1996 through September of 2000 when the merger between Chase Manhattan Bank and JP Morgan was announced. Prior to Chase Manhattan Bank's merger with Chemical Bank on May 1, 1996, Mr. Donnelly was a Managing Director of Chemical Bank's Developing Markets Division, responsible for business in Mexico. Prior to Chemical's merger with Manufacturers Hanover Corporation on December 31, 1991, Mr. Donnelly was Managing Director and Co-Country Manager in Brazil at Manufacturers Hanover, as well as Bank's representative in Mantrust SRL, a joint venture investment bank in Brazil. Mr. Donnelly has also represented Manufacturers Hanover in Spain, Colombia and El Salvador.
Mr. Donnelly has occupied prominent positions within Mexico, having been President of the Foreign Bankers Association (1995 -1996), Vice President of the Mexican Bankers Association (1996 - 1997), and is currently a Director of the American Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board of Grupo Zurich Mexico, Board Member of Club de Golf Chapultepec and Board Member of Stewart Title de Mexico
A native of Panama Canal Zone, Mr. Donnelly earned a B.S. degree from Spring Hill College and an M.I.F. from Thunderbird where he is currently a Member of its Corporate Global Council.
