Biography

Ms. Rocca joined Endeavor as Managing Director and founder of Endeavor Brazil ( http://www.endeavor.org.br ) from Wal Mart International. At Wal Mart Brazil, she served as Expansion Coordinator, devising and implementing operational and strategic plans for the Buying, Operations and Finance divisions during 4 new stores set. Prior to that, she opened and operated the Food division of a new supercenter with US$ 60 million annual sales as Food-Co Director and also worked as Operations Area Manager at the first superstore in the country. During college, while a full time student, she worked as Marketing Director and later as a Board member at FGV Junior Consulting Company ( http://www.efgv.com.br ), a non-profit consulting firm that supports entrepreneurs. Marília has an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma from Columbia Business School (NYC) and a BA in Business from Fundação Getúlio Vargas College (São Paulo). Marília is also a Board Member for Microsiga S/A ( http://www.microsiga.com.br ) and Americanas.com ( http://www.americanas.com ).
