All participants in any Club
Sport activity are required to sign a waiver BEFORE taking part in the activity. Club leaders are responsible
for having the new and old members of their clubs sign a waiver
form at the beginning of every academic year and/or before
joining a class.
Waivers must be signed by all
members at least once a year.
Waivers can be dropped off once a
semester in the CSC mailbox in Bernice Ward's office on the
second floor of the Z-Center.
