Application Process
Participating Departments


Application Process

1. Contact the appropriate faculty member or academic administrator in your department to find out about specific eligibility requirements for the program.
2. Get an application from your department, available in late November.
3. Write a personal statement.
4. Submit your application by your department's deadline (early January).
5. CME will announce decisions prior to Spring Break.

A complete application will consist of:

1. Application form
2. Personal statement
3. Reference form completed by a faculty member (referees should return the completed form directly to your department)
4. CV or résumé
