libNormaliz is a C++ library for computations with rational cones and affine
monoids; full details may be found on the official Normaliz website

When CoCoA is compiled it is possible to incorporate also libNormaliz;
if so, then many libNormaliz functions can be called from CoCoA-5.
All CoCoA functions starting with
Nmz
are actually implemented
in libNormaliz.
