A viewbook is a publication/sales tool (usually in print, and usually flashy) that educational admissions offices sometimes provide (although decreasingly so) as a first response to prospective students’ inquiries about an institution. Note that it’s one word.

voice mail
Voice mail (two words, just as electronic mail was when it was coined) refers to both the system and the individual messages left on that system. If you must shorten voice mail to v-mail, use the hyphen.
