Hooding Ceremony

At MIT, advanced degree candidates receive their doctoral hoods in a separate ceremony held the day before Commencement. Family, friends, and mentors of PhD and ScD candidates are well aware of the long journey to earning an advanced degree, and the Hooding Ceremony is a very happy day for all. Please join us to celebrate on Thursday, June 4, 2009. All are welcome; no tickets are required.
