Commencement: June 6, 2014
Professors and Senior Lecturers who are not participating in Commencement may still attend, but you must request a ticket in advance.
An important note: tickets available to MIT faculty are intended for use by faculty members or their guests only. Faculty tickets are not to be given to students. This is a matter of both fairness and logistics, as these tickets are separate and apart from the "general seating" area for which degree candidates receive four guest tickets.
If you are not marching in the Academic Procession but would like to attend Commencement, please request a ticket by sending a note to email@example.com. We ask that you request a ticket in advance because Killian Court truly is at capacity due to the increased number of degree candidates over the past few years. Kindly request your ticket via email; you will receive a response, and a wait list will be created and monitored as needed. Thank you.
Tickets are not required for the Hooding Ceremony. Seats are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
