Developing Effective Messages

This workshop presented several tools for developing effective messages, and defined the building blocks of developing messages that will move your audience(s) to the desired outcome, such as attending an event, making a donation, or developing a greater understanding of complex issues. "Best practices" using MIT key messages in communications materials—online and in print—were also presented.
