Social media expert Dan Zarrella shared with us how and why humans have spread content for thousands of years through urban legends, rumors, slang, chain letters and contagious laughter. We learned about the characteristics of contagious information and how these examples can be applied to the web.
Dan is the author of three books: Zarrella's Hierarchy of Consciousness, The Social Media Marketing Book and The Facebook Marketing Book.
