- general athena knowledge
- ability to use Athena to get things done
- customer service or teaching experience
- expertise using Athena for communication
- desire to provide support via OLC, telephone
and in person
- desire to learn more about Athena (we provide
on the job training)
- a special interest in or experience with FrameMaker,
LaTeX,StarOffice, Matlab, Maple, Xess, SAS, or Tecplot is desirable
but not necessary
- familiarity with other operating systems and
with programming languages are a plus
