We need:	general athena knowledge ability to use Athena to get things done customer service or teaching experience expertise using Athena for communication desire to provide support via OLC, telephone and in person desire to learn more about Athena (we provide on the job training) a special interest in or experience with FrameMaker, LaTeX,StarOffice, Matlab, Maple, Xess, SAS, or Tecplot is desirable but not necessary familiarity with other operating systems and with programming languages are a plus
