11.003j/17.303j introduces methods of policy analysis.
We focus on (1) methods for weighing the "costs and benefits" of
alternative courses of policy action, (2) methods for evaluating policy
and program performance post- implementation, and (3) methods for
assessing policy outcomes. We consider both quantitative and
qualitative models and techniques. |
