STUDENT FILM FESTIVALS

You should make some efforts to join CILECT, the International
Liaison Centre of Film and TV Schools, based in Brussels. CILECT
is involved in scores of student film festival across the world and
is the international UNESCO affiliated coordinating body for
tertiary training.

I discussed the matter of CILECT membership with someone from the
Pretoria Film School some years ago, but nothing came of it.
