Hello All,

It is my understanding that the FESPACO films aren't really announced at
this early date. The application guidelines clearly states that the
submission deadlines aren't until late December/early January. Unless you
are on the continent or know filmmakers who are...you probably won't know
what films from there are being submitted. Some films are slated for
completion right before...production deadlines are often structured to
meet the FESPACO Pan African festival. Other than that with the advent of
other film festivals in the south, you may consider who will have a film
at the festival this year. I suspect that many new films from South
Africa will be there!
