Dear Friends,

I received the attached e-mail message today. Please be advised, if you
would like to have Internet access while attending the 1997 FESPACO
festival, then you should address your inquiries to the following e-mail
"Onatel" <>
"Ministry of Computer Technology <>

Thanks for this information. I will write my personal inquiry soon.

Also, I notice that you have gotten yourself a Hotmail account! For others
going to Burkina Faso, you might want to get a FREE Hotmail account to use
while you are in Burkina Faso. With a Hotmail account, all you need is
access to a web browser -- to send and receive e-mail.... anywhere in the
world! There is even a feature to *check* your POP mail on your regular
e-mail server.

If you get a Hotmail account, be sure to load your crucial e-mail addresses
in the Hotmail Addressbook before you leave for Burkina Faso, so that you
will have them when you get to Africa. URL:

While I am in Burkina Faso, my e-mail address will be:
