The National black Programming Consortium in the USA, is asking for
proposals for R&D, scripting, production, post-production, and distribution
and outreach. They expect to give US$10,000 to one emerging producer, and 2
or 3 larger projects will get about US$50,000. Deadline is 30 June 1997.
