You might begin with the Fespaco and Fespaci office and appointed
officers, as they have hosted other Fulbright scholars to do the same
thing in past years( as recent as 1994). The new film archive in BF was
completed that year as well. You can request documentation from Fulbright
excerpts of or descriptions(if not the proposal itself) of
projects/scholars funded.
