The Interactive Novel

This is a slightly strange storyline presented in a truely non-linear fashion. Each page is written by a reader, and in that regard lead to very interesting character developments.

Upon entering the site's main page, the reader is presented with a list of names from which to start. From there you can jump via a myriad links to pages about all the characters and their vampire interactions.

However, this type of story did not appeal to me personally. The style of the pages was also erratic, some having black backgrounds, some having white, and different formats being presented. The images on this site are very artistic but do not add much to the site. Additionally, the lexias of this site are very long and the links loop in such a way that the same lexia many times. It was also hard to jump from one character to another within the story line, and there was no clear goal or end. Not being a fan of the Vampire cult fiction genre (with the exception of the softer Buffy) this site was nowhere near as entertaining as the other two I visited.
