(Unfortunately, this character and her goals involve too much information that is beyond the scope of the plots Project 1. A full character sheet would be just plain too confusing in the context of the smuggling plot alone. Among other things, it would involve: time travel, Gallefreyan Timelords, future wars, mass genocide, mystery, androids, and a huge amount of background that is not relevant to the rest of the characters in Project 1.
A brief synopsis of Nilzar Tull's involvement with the smuggling plot:
Nilzar is really a Drillian, or "Drilly" in disguise. The Drillians are an advanced culture, and a few centuries in the future get involved with Timelords, and this one is sent back in time to stop a bunch of things, including the extermination of her race by smugglers.
She is sitting inside the cockpit of a lifesize robot which is disguised as a Nyrellian male named Nilzar Tull.)
