Shilhar's Stone is an assassin game. It assumes that the players understand the basic concepts of live-action roleplaying, as well as the the concept of not annoying non-players (NPs).
The game (as of Project 1) should run about 2 hours. Players are expected to be avialble and in game-area for the entirety of that time.
Everyone has a HP (hitpoint) stat. This is a rough estimate of how tough you are. If your HP ever hits 0, you are unconscious. If it ever drops below 0, you are dead.
Some people may have other stats. If you know, you know. ;)

Guns, namely energy blasters, which are ingame, are represented by 20-shot disc guns. Guns are freely reloadable, and players are free to pick up spent discs for this purpose.
If you are hit any umber of times in a limb, lose 1 HP. That limb is now useless and limp. You should find a doctor to get it fixed.
If you are hit in the torso by 1 disc, your HP drops to 0, and you are bleeding to death. If you recieve no medical attention, you wilil die in 10 minutes.
If you are hit in the torso by 2 discs, you are unconscious and will die in 5 minutes if you recieve no medical attention.
If you are hit in the torso by 3 of more discs, you are dead. Sorry.
Everyone (well, most people) has a "debit card" item, which contains information about their account. Only the owner of a debit acrd can access the account on it, and the owner needs the debit card item, undamaged, to do so.
