Bike Registration
ONLINE BIKE REGISTRATION
Members of the MIT Community can now register their bicycles with the MIT Parking and Transportation Office. Bike registration must be done online using the form on their site. After you complete this form, a bicycle registration sticker will be mailed to your campus address. There is no fee for this service.
Registering your bike helps to recover it should your bike become lost or stolen. If your bike is missing from campus call the MIT Police at (617) 253-1212, or come to the MIT Police station at 301 Vassar Street (building W89), Cambridge to make out a police report. We can not accept emailed reports of theft. If your bike is stolen off campus contact the police in that city.
